FogWalk (the “App”)
Developer: Martin Poláček
Effective date: 20 July 2026
FogWalk contains no advertising, no analytics, no account system and no server. The App does not collect, transmit or share any personal data whatsoever.
Your location is used solely to reveal the map around you. The revealed-area data is stored only on your device (and in your personal device backups). It is never uploaded anywhere and the developer has no access to it.
If you choose to import your photo history, the App reads only the location tags of your photos to reveal those places on the map. Photo content is never read, stored or uploaded.
If you choose to import your workouts, the App reads only the GPS routes of workouts stored in Apple Health, solely to reveal those places on the map. Health data is processed entirely on your device, is never uploaded anywhere, and is never used for advertising or any other purpose.
If you enable the optional iCloud backup, your revealed-map data is stored in your personal, private iCloud container, accessible only to your Apple account. The developer has no access to it.
The optional FogWalk Pro subscription is processed entirely by Apple. The developer never receives any payment details.
The App shows an advertisement only when you explicitly choose the "watch an ad to get Pro" option. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may process device identifiers as described in Google's Privacy Policy. In the EEA/UK you will be asked for consent first, and you can change your choice any time. No ads are shown anywhere else in the App.
The map itself is provided by Apple Maps; standard Apple terms apply (Apple Privacy Policy).
Because the developer holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, rectify or erase — deleting the App removes all of its data. If you have questions, contact us at the address below.
Any changes to this policy will be published at this address.
