Privacy Policy

Spin Wheel (the “App”)
Developer: Martin Poláček
Effective date: 23 August 2026

Summary

Your wheels and the options you type into them never leave your device. The App has no account, no sign-up and no server of its own. The only data that leaves your device is what the advertising system needs in order to show ads, and you are asked about that on first launch.

What you type into the App

The names, options and wheel titles you enter are stored only on your device, together with your settings and the number of spins. They are included in your own device backups if you use them. They are never uploaded anywhere and the developer has no access to them. Deleting the App deletes all of it.

Advertising

The free version of the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show them, Google may process your device’s advertising identifier, an approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP address, and information about how ads performed.

On first launch the App asks, through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking:

You can change this decision at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a Google consent form is shown before the tracking prompt, where you can manage consent for advertising partners individually. You can reopen that form later from the same consent link Google provides.

Data collected through advertising

This mirrors the App’s privacy label on the App Store:

DataPurposeLinked to youUsed for tracking
Device ID (advertising identifier)Third-party advertisingYesYes, only if you allow tracking

The developer does not sell your data and does not share it with anyone beyond the advertising provider named above.

Purchases

The optional one-time purchase that removes ads and lifts the free limits is processed entirely by Apple. The developer never sees or receives any payment details. Once you buy it, no ads are requested and no advertising data is collected at all.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights (GDPR)

The developer holds no personal data about you, so there is nothing on our side to access, correct or erase — deleting the App removes everything it stored. For data processed by Google as the advertising provider, see Google’s Privacy Policy, or withdraw consent using the consent form described above. You may also contact us at the address below.
