Privacy Policy

Apps by Martin Poláček
Effective date: 19 July 2026

This policy applies to the following iOS applications (each, the “App”), unless an app-specific policy is linked below:

Summary

The Apps do not require an account and do not collect, store or share any personal data you enter. Everything you do in an App stays on your device. The Apps are funded by advertising provided by Google AdMob, which may process certain device data as described below.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). In connection with serving ads, Google may collect and process:

How Google uses this data is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses data from partner apps.

Your consent choices

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: before ads are shown, a consent dialog (Google User Messaging Platform) lets you choose whether personal data may be used for personalised advertising. If you decline, only non-personalised ads are shown.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS): an App will only access the advertising identifier if you allow tracking in the system dialog. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

The Apps also support Apple’s privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork framework for ad attribution, which does not identify you individually.

Data retention

The developer does not store any of the above data. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google’s own retention policies linked above.

Children

The Apps are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As the developer does not hold any personal data about you, requests concerning data processed for advertising are best directed to Google via the links above; you can also withdraw or change your consent choices as described in “Your consent choices”.

Changes to this policy

Any changes to this policy will be published at this address.
